Terms & refunds

Funeral Exam Prep is operated by Button LLC. A single purchase gives you one attempt at one randomly assembled practice exam and its results page. A 3-exam pack gives you three attempts, which you can take any time within a year of purchase.

What you're buying

Practice exams are a study aid. A passing practice score does not guarantee a passing score on the official exam. We are not affiliated with the Arkansas State Board of Embalmers, Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, and Burial Services or The International Conference of Funeral Service Examining Boards.

Refunds

If a technical problem on our side keeps you from opening or finishing an exam, email [email protected] and we will refund your purchase. Purchases with no exam started can be refunded on request within 30 days. If you request a refund on a partly used pack, the unused exams are closed. Exams that have been submitted are not refundable.

Guarantee

If you complete at least one practice exam from a purchase, then take the official exam and don't pass, you can claim one free 3-exam pack for the same exam on our guarantee page. You confirm that you took the official exam and didn't pass; no score report is needed. One free pack per person (matched by checkout email). Free packs don't earn another free pack. The guarantee is never paid in cash.

Accuracy

Arkansas questions are written from public statutes and Board rules, and NBE questions from the published content outline and public regulations. Every question carries a source. Laws change. If you think a question is wrong or out of date, email us with the question text and we'll review it.
